With the passage of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act, the FDA banned the sale of flavored cigarettes. As of September 21, 2009, clove cigarettes are no longer legal in the United States. In this week long symposium, three writers will mark the passing of the Indonesian imports.
